Quality management policy
HAMER PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY, S.L.’s principal activity is the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of capital goods for the packaging industry.
HAMER PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY, S.L.’s policy in terms of quality is that of designing, developing and supplying equipment, along with a technical service that covers the high demands of the market, meeting and surpassing the sector’s expectations.
To do so, and since the company was created in 1985, we have invested in technology and the development of solutions for the packaging sector. Our highly competent staff enable us to offer bespoke solutions, which we always adapt to each customer’s requirements and any applicable legal standards.
At HAMER PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY, S.L. we observe the values of respect to people, the environment and innovation. Through teamwork and a market-oriented approach, we forge long-term relationships with our customers.
The adoption of a process-based Quality Management System was considered appropriate, as proposed by the ISO9001 standard: 2015, in order to establish a system to promote a culture of ‘continued improvement’.
To do so, the cooperation, implication and training of people shall be fostered, in order to achieve the set targets and for our staff to be directly implicated in the quality of the systems and services supplied by HAMER PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY, S.L.
The HAMER PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY, S.L. management is committed to permanently evaluating the efficacy and efficiency of the Quality Management system to ensure its future usefulness and the consolidation of the company.
